その兵士たちの慰霊と、全ての犠牲者に哀悼の意を捧げ、核兵器の無力化含めた廃絶を願い運動を行います。

先の大戦では双方多くの犠牲者を出しましたが、
互いの犠牲者を追悼し、日米は真の同盟国として世界の防衛技術をリードし世界平和に貢献しましょう。

原爆の犠牲になった米兵の慰霊碑を、まずは米国アーリントン墓地に、
