I WANT CRIMINALS ARE ARMED AND THE VICTIMS ARE HELPLESS HENCE TO REDUCE CRIMES THE CIVIL PEOPLE TO BE AUTHORIZED TO KEEP SMAL PISTOLS WITHOUT LICENCE TO DO SELF DEFENCE.
