ان هذه العريضة موجهة لوزارة الخارجية الأمريكية ممثلة بالسيد اموس هوكستين و السيد دافيد شنكر كونهم الوسيط المعني والمفاوض بما يخص ترسيم الحدود البحرية بين لبنان وإسرائيل.

نطلب من الجانب الامريكي المفاوض في ترسيم الحدود وفصل الثروات النفطية والغازية بين لبنان واسرائيل بأن تكون المفاوضات حول ترسيم الحدود مسجلة بالصوت والصورة كي تعرض امام الراي العام اللبناني للأسباب التأليه:

１- بعد أن أبلغ السيد ديفيد شنكر اللبنانيين بطلب جبران باسيل شطبه من العقوبات التي فرضتها عليه وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية مقابل الخط 29 الحدودي وحقل كاريش ، حاول جبران باسيل الاستثمار في هذه الفضيحة ، حيث قام بالمزايدة على رواية  "المؤامرة الكونية الأمريكية" على لبنان وعلى شخصه.  هذه هي الرواية التي يستفيد منها حسن نصرالله وحزب الله ويروجان لها كلما فشل هذا المحور في تحقيق أهدافه الإقليمية والشخصية.

２- في 9 حزيران 2022 اخبر حسن نصرالله اللبنانيين في خطابه إن الجانب الأميركي يمنع لبنان من استخراج موارد النفط والغاز من البحر.  مع العلم أنه حتى لو استخرجنا النفط في ظل هيمنة حزب الله على قرارات الحكومة اللبنانية ، فلن يتمكن لبنان من جني الأرباح والمتاجرة بهذه الموارد بسبب العداوات الكثيرة وتعطيل العلاقات الدولية والإقليمية التي سببها حزب الله وحلفاؤه في السلطة خدمة للمصالح الإيرانية.

３- زايد حسن نصرالله على اتخاذ قرار الحرب ضد اسرائيل تحت شعار "ايقافهم من استخراج الغاز من كاريش". في ظل الدعاءة وتضليل الرأي العام الذي لمسناه بخطابه كوننا نعلم بأن حسن نصرالله هو "الداعم الأكبر" لقرار وعرض جبران باسيل بعدم المطالبة بالخط 29 والتنازل الكامل عن حق لبنان في كاريش.

حرصا منا على نقل الحقيقة، قمنا بإبراز هذه النقاط الدقيقة في هذه العريضة املين ان تكون الشرارة لتعزيز سياسة الشفافية في لبنان. في ظل الكم الهائل من بث المعلومات المضللة للرأي العام من قبل السلطة الحاكمة. ازدهار لبنان لن يكون بالوقت القريب ان لم يكن الشعب اللبناني هو الحاكم على هوية "عدو لبنان الاول" .وسط اهداف السلطة لخلق دورات جديدة من الكراهية تجاه أعداء و منافسي ايران ، يجب أن تكون الأجيال القادمة هي الحسيب و الرقيب و صاحب القرار المفصلي بالثروات و المستقبل و علاقاته الدولية مع سائر العالم. 

بناءً على المعطيات المذكورة اعلاه نطلب من الادارة الامريكية تسجيل مفاوضات ترسيم الحدود و الثروات بين لبنان و اسرائيل بالصوت و الصورة و عرضها امام الرأي العام اللبناني، خدمة للحقيقة و سياسة الشفافية في لبنان.

 

This petition is addressed to the US State Department, represented by Mr. Amos Hochstein and  Mr. David Schenker, as they are the concerned mediator and negotiator regarding the demarcation of the maritime border between Lebanon and Israel.

We ask the Americans negotiating the demarcation of the border and the separation of oil and gas resources between Lebanon and Israel that the negotiations on the demarcation of the border be recorded both in audio and video in order to be presented to the Lebanese public for the following reasons:

1-    After Mr. David Schenker informed the Lebanese public about Gebran Bassil's request to delist him from sanctions imposed on him by the US treasury in return for border Line 29 and the Karish field, Gebran Bassil tried to invest in this scandal, as he outbid the narrative of the "American cosmic conspiracy" against Lebanon and on his person.  This is the narrative that Hassan Nasrallah and Hezbollah are benefiting from and promoting whenever this axis fails to achieve its regional and personal goals.

2-    On June 9, 2022, Hassan Nasrallah told the Lebanese in his speech that the American side was preventing Lebanon from extracting oil and gas resources from the sea.  Knowing that even if we extracted oil in light of Hezbollah’s hegemony over the Lebanon’s governmental decisions, Lebanon would not be able to reap profits and trade in these resources due to the enmities and disruption of international and regional relations caused by Hezbollah and its allies in power in serve of Iran’s interests.

3-    Hassan Nasrallah outbid to go to war against Israel under the slogan "Stop them from extracting gas from Karish."  In light of the propaganda and the enormous amounts of disinformation which was clear in his speech, as we know that Hassan Nasrallah was the "biggest supporter" of Gebran Bassil's offer in not claiming borderline 29 and to completely waive Lebanon's right to Karish.  

In order to convey the truth, we have highlighted these subtle points in this petition, hoping that they will be the spark for strengthening the politics of transparency in Lebanon.  Amid the disinformation spread by the ruling authority.  Lebanon is far from flourishing anytime soon, if the identity of "Lebanon's first enemy" is not governed by the Lebanese themselves. Amid authority aims to create new cycles of hatred with the enemies and rivals of Iran, the future generations need to be the only watchdog and the decision-makers with regard to their wealth, future and international relations with the world.  

With reference to the facts mentioned above, we ask the US administration to record the negotiations on demarcation of borders and wealth between Lebanon and Israel, with both audio and video, in order to broadcast them, in the service of truth and the politics of transparency in Lebanon.
