في مواجهة حملة التشهير والتحريض المنظمة التي تستهدف اللوبي النسوي السوري وعددًا من الناشطات السوريات، نعلن نحن الموقعات والموقعين على هذا البيان، تضامنًا كاملاً مع هذا الصوت النسوي المستقل، ومع كل امرأة تُستهدف بسبب عملها في الحقل العام، سواء السياسي أو المدني أو الحقوقي، ولا سيما توثيق الانتهاكات والدفاع عن الضحايا.
لأن ما يجري اليوم هو ممارسة واضحة لآليات العنف السياسي، القائمة على التشويه ونزع الشرعية لإسكات الأصوات النسوية التي ترفض الصمت عن الانتهاكات والجرائم، ومن أجل تأكيد ضرورة تحمّل السلطة القائمة مسؤولياتها القانونية والسياسية.
لقد أثبت اللوبي النسوي السوري حضورًا مهمًا وفعّالًا، وعزّز مصداقيته من خلال توثيق الانتهاكات التي طالت النساء السوريات من مختلف الأطراف، وفق معايير موحدة تستند إلى المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، وتقاطُع العدالة الجندرية مع العدالة الانتقالية.
لقد شمل هذا العمل توثيق جرائم نظام الأسد سابقًا، ويستمر اليوم بعد سقوطه وفق المعايير ذاتها، من دون ازدواجية أو تسييس انتقائي، وإنما كشف الانتهاكات أينما وُجدت، والانحياز للنساء بوصفهن ضحايا لبُنى عنف متعددة. وتتقاطع نتائج هذا التوثيق مع ما تشير إليه تقارير دولية وهيئات أممية ومنظمات حقوقية مستقلة، فضلًا عن التحقيقات والتقارير الإعلامية بشأن الخطف والعنف الجنسي والانتهاكات المرتبطة بالنزاع.
لكلّ ما سبق، نعلن نحن الموقّعات والموقّعين على هذا البيان، تضامننا الصريح مع اللوبي النسوي السوري، ونرى أن استهدافه هو تهديد لكل صوت يسعى إلى كشف الانتهاكات ومساءلة السلطة.
ونؤكد أن هذا التضامن ينطلق من موقف سياسي وأخلاقي، يدفعنا إلى تحمل مسؤوليتنا في مواجهة حملات التشويه، ويزيد من إصرارنا على الدفاع عن حق النساء بالعمل في الفضاء العام دون تهديد أو ابتزاز.
وإذ نشدد على أن الدفاع عن الضحايا هو التزام أخلاقي وحقوقي، وتوثيق الانتهاكات ركن أساس لأي مسار جدي نحو العدالة الانتقالية بما يتفق مع المبادئ والقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة.
في الختام، نجدد ثقتنا بقدرة العمل النسوي على الاستمرار بثبات إلى جانب الضحايا، ومن أجل سوريا جديدة تقوم على الكرامة والعدالة والمواطنة المتساوية.

In the face of the organized smear and incitement campaign targeting the Syrian Feminist Lobby and a number of Syrian women activists, we, the undersigned, declare our full solidarity with this independent feminist voice, and with every woman who is targeted because of her work in the public sphere—whether political, civil, or human rights-related—particularly in documenting violations and defending victims.

What is happening today is a clear practice of political violence mechanisms, based on defamation and delegitimization aimed at silencing feminist voices that refuse to remain silent about violations and crimes, and at evading the necessity of holding the current authorities accountable for their legal and political responsibilities.

The Syrian Feminist Lobby has demonstrated a significant and effective presence, strengthening its credibility through documenting violations committed against Syrian women by various parties, according to unified standards grounded in international human rights conventions and in the intersection of gender justice with transitional justice.

This work has included documenting crimes committed by the Assad regime in the past and continues today after its fall, following the same standards—without double standards or selective politicization—but rather exposing violations wherever they occur and standing with women as victims of multiple structures of violence. The findings of this documentation align with reports issued by international bodies, UN agencies, and independent human rights organizations, as well as investigative journalism and media reports concerning abduction, sexual violence, and conflict-related violations.

For all the above, we, the signatories of this statement, express our explicit solidarity with the Syrian Feminist Lobby and consider that targeting it constitutes a threat to every voice seeking to expose violations and hold authority accountable.

We affirm that this solidarity stems from a political and ethical stance that compels us to assume our responsibility in confronting smear campaigns, and strengthens our determination to defend women’s right to work in the public sphere without threat or coercion.

We also stress that defending victims is a moral and human rights obligation, and that documenting violations is a fundamental pillar of any serious path toward transitional justice, in accordance with relevant international principles and resolutions.

In conclusion, we renew our confidence in the ability of feminist work to persist steadfastly alongside victims, and in pursuit of a new Syria founded on dignity, justice, and equal citizenship.
