هناك بعض التشريعات والقوانين التي لا تعطي الانسان السلطة المستقلة على امواله وممتلكاته عند ابرام عقد الزواج

 

امثال قانون تقسيم الثروة والممتلكات الذي يعطي الحق لطرف الاخر من كلا الزوجين ان يتعدى على امواله الخاصه تحت مبرر اموال مشتركة عند الطلاق

 

هذا القانون تنج عنه اضرار اكثر من منفعه فيه تستغل النساء ذلك القانون حتى تتعدى وتسرق اموال زوجها وممتلكات عند طريق الزواج عدة سنوات وبعد الانجاب تطلب الطلاق حتى تسرق اموال وممتلكات زوجها السابق وذلك سبب في ان 88% من حالات الطلاق يكون بمبادرة من الزوجة بسبب مكتسبات الطلاق التي تحصل عليها على طبق من ذهب

 

والكثير من الازواج السابقين تعرضوا لعمليات نصب واحتيال وسرق بعد الزواج بل ان البعض منهم قد انتحر لانهم نقلوا الى عمال نظافة وفقوا وخسروا كل شيء بسبب قوانين الطلاق الظالمة

 

وبسبب ايضا هذا القانون سبب في عزوف الرجال او المجتمع بشكل عام عن الزواج والارتباط وسبب في هدم الاسر وسبب ايضا في ارتفاع الاطفال الغير شرعيين خوفا من الزواج وتعدي على الاموال والممتلكات

 

ولذلك فأننا نطالب الولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة واوروبا وكل دولة تعتبر انه الذمة المالية غير مستقلة ان تساعد في تعديله والغاء قانون الاموال المشتركة واعتبار ان الذمة المالية لكل من الزوجين مستقلة تماماً فذلك سيساعد على حل جميع المشاكل الاسرية في كل انحاء العالم وان كان هنالك حق للطرف الاخر للزوجين ياخد حق بالعدل لا  بالتعدي

 Therefore we demand the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and every country considers it the most The financial authority is not independent to help amend it and cancel the joint funds law, and considering that the financial liability of each spouse is completely independent, this will help to solve all family problems in all parts of the world, and if there is a right for the other party of the spouses to take a right to justice, not infringement
