Привет. Меня зовут Екатерина, я учусь в испанском вузе. Уже учусь, с октября 2019 года. Это высшее образование по графическому дизайну.

К сожалению консульство Испании так и не предоставило мне учебную визу для того, чтобы я могла находится в стране легально на весь период обучения.

С октября по декабрь я находилась по туристической визе. Теперь мой легальный срок пребывания закончен и вернуться я смогу только через 3 месяца.

Все документы мной были предоставлены. Я действительно снимаю жилье и действительно учусь! Я оплатила бОльшую часть обучения и теперь всё это пропадет из-за отказа в визе. При этом причины отказа не были объяснены.

Прозрачность процесса получения виз - это одно из условий успешного и взаимовыгодного сотрудничества стран и их граждан. Подобные бюрократические препоны вредят развитию экономических и социальных связей. Я прошу ввести ясные и чёткие правила для получения виз а также не чинить препятствия тем, кто хочет обучаться.

Hello. My name is Catherine, I study at a Spanish university. Already studying, since October 2019. This is a university degree in graphic design.

Unfortunately, the Spanish consulate did not provide me with a student visa so I could not stay in the country legally for the entire period of study.

From October to December I was at my education with a tourist visa. Now my legal stay is over and I can return only after 3 months.

All documents were provided by me. I really rent a flat and really study! I paid mostly my education amount and now all this will crush course of a visa denial. However, the reasons for the denail were not explained.

Transparency of the process of obtaining visa is one of the conditions of successful and mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries and their citizens. Such burocratic decisions are harmful to the development of economic and social ties. I ask you to introduce clear clear rules for asking a visa and give opportunities to those who want to learn.
