After extensive studies applied at the JMD/TPC/(other companies our handsome, funny and kind owner has created in less than 2 months) environments, 9/10 scientists (the other one was also in agreement but they're straight so it's not important) have come to the conclusion that the leader of the team located in the United States of America and the whole remote team should be getting a fair pay raise to continue being the most amazing team full of millennials and gen z. 

Our scientists have stated these generation are filled with weird social anxiety and love for material stuff. Our team leader and the remote team are not exempted of these conditions and the only thing that could help them live their everyday life is money, this wont solve their social anxiety but will make them continue being amazing and eventually become superheroes of our society. Therefore we have created this change.org to reach the kind heart of our owner and live happily ever after. Thank you.
