Unleash No FEAR -- The campaign seeks the public's aid in petitioning President Obama, head of the executive branch, to sign an executive order calling for mandatory discipline for public officials guilty of breaking discrimination and whistleblower protection laws. On May 15, 2002, Congress passed the Notification and Federal Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) Act after hearing testimony that federal workforce abuse reduces government's ability to timely and adequately address vital public needs. No Fear was intended to make federal managers and agencies more accountable to their employees when allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment are made. Yet, eleven years after the passage of No FEAR federal officials continue to violate laws with impunity and without consequences. Corrective measures are needed to support our government’s ability to establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, and to promote the general welfare of all members of our society as set forth in the constitution.
