National Spoliation Notice to Congress by George Webb

Dear Member of Congress: It has come to my attention, through an investigative reporter named George Webb, that a spy ring may have operated in Congress since January of 2000. I am deeply troubled by this news. I have read articles in the Daily Caller publication by reporter Luke Rosiak and reporter Heather Cagill of the publication Politico that state: (1) there have been twenty Congressional burglaries, (2) and key information technology equipment (like hard drives and laptops) may have been stolen. Further, reporter Sean Boburg of the Washington Post publication also writes that the House Inspector General issued a report outlining 5,100 unauthorized logins (authentication events) over a period of seven months from March 2016 to October 2016 to a House Caucus network computer server. This is especially troubling to me since this was during the period of a key campaign between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. When these revelations are viewed in the shadow of the infamous Democratic National Committee (DNC) and John Podesta Wikileaks scandals, it paints a troubling picture, considering that the alleged ringleader of this spy ring, I.T. consultant Imran Awan, worked directly for Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the former head of the DNC. I also understand a physical confiscation of hard drives and a laptop were made on April 6th, 2017 at the Rayburn Office Building (next to the Capitol Building) from the person of Imran Awan (this event occurred after he was banned from access to the Congressional network on February 2nd, 2017). I understand there is a chance my private conversations and concerns that I have shared in confidence with Congressional staff are contained in a I.T. system known as "iConstituent", and that system may have been breached by alleged hacker activity. In view of the foregoing, this is your notice, under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to safely protect and archive all electronic messages, text messages, electronic files, and other evidence that has been transmitted, stored or processed by any information technology (I.T.) system in your possession. This would include all such I.T. systems, no matter in your personal use, Capitol office or district offices. As you know, this includes all media such as USB sticks, DVD/CD media, hard drives, etc. Any destruction of evidence will be viewed by the federal courts as an abuse of this notice and can be construed as a criminal act or be liable for criminal sanctions. You now have a duty to safely archive, store and protect all such evidence between 2000 to 2017. Your office and staff should seek legal counsel to implement this litigation hold demand (spoliation notice). This notice should be forwarded to your custodian of records, Philip G. Kiko. Thank you, Your Constituent,

Maximum sentencing for alleged firearms felon Ethan Westbrooks of the LA RAMS

Lisa Green Kern County District Attorney Kern County District Attorney's Office 1215 Truxtun Avenue, 4th Floor Bakersfield, CA 93301  da@co.kern.ca.us REF:      ETHAN WESTBROOKS, DEFENDANT (Charged with: carrying a loaded firearm, receiving known stolen property, carrying a loaded stolen weapon, grand theft of a firearm and possessing a high-capacity large magazine). Dear Ms. Green, As you are well aware, the tragic events of the mass shooting in Las Vegas have underscored the outrage of Americans against individuals that violate firearm laws and regulations.  It is time to send a clear signal to violators of firearms laws, that gross and reckless conduct with firearms that endangers the public will no longer be tolerated. Therefore, we DEMAND that the referenced defendant be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for the following charges: carrying a loaded firearm, receiving known stolen property, carrying a loaded stolen weapon, grand theft of a firearm and possessing a high-capacity large magazine. It would be very disappointing to thousands of Americans if your office were to make a political decision to water-down these charges in a plea agreement to reduce the severity of the situation.  Caveat: the defendant was arrested in Sacramento for alleged domestic violence in March, 2017. We trust you will uphold your oath to the U.S. and California Constitution and protect law abiding citizens from the likes of Ethan Westbrook, charged defendant. Enough is enough!  The undersigned, Outraged Americans, Survivors of the Las Vegas mass shooting, Concerned Californians

Hayley Geftman-Gold, esq.: Bar Complaint for Professional Misconduct

Pamela McDevitt, Esq., Executive Director New York State Bar Association  1 Elk Street Albany, NY 12207 pmcdevitt@nysba.org   Ladies and Gentlemen: This letter memorializes the apparent reprehensible and despicable remarks made by the following New York State licensed attorney:                         Hayley Geftman-Gold, aka                         Hayley Geftman In the aftermath of the horrible Las Vegas mass shooting incident, the above cited attorney has published remarks to the effect that the victims of the mass shooting were largely responsible for their own fate.  This gross and reckless insensitivity to this mass shooting has created a firestorm of controversy on social media that has brought great discredit to the legal profession in the State of New York. It is highly suggested that your organization conduct an ethics review of this individual to measure her abilities to remain professional during the response phase of a national tragedy and to censor herself appropriately. The undersigned, Outraged Americans, Fire Fighters, Paramedics and EMTs
