The Problem -
Multiple Official Mi India Stores have been reported to have been engaging in unethical practices of forcing consumers to buy overpriced insurance and/or accessories they don't need. This is being done when consumers are trying to buy a much sought after Xiaomi/Redmi/POCO Phone.
The Solution -
Xiaomi needs to look into all these reports, make an example out of a few of these stores by refusing to work with them or penalizing them heavily so that this unethical practice doesn't continue.
I implore any Xiaomi Official reading this to please not ignore the calls of your own Mi Fans and take strict action as soon as possible!
