Stop the Dakota Access Pipeline

Stop the Dakota Access Pipeline

The proposed Dakota Access Pipeline would transport 570,000 barrels of crude oil over a stretch of 1,154 miles, which activists say would threaten the health and safety of communities across four states. Though proponents of the pipeline argue that it would be perfectly safe, impacted communities point to the hundreds of pipeline leaks and breaks that have happened over the past year as proof that it is too risky. They are using to demand a stop to the construction of this latest pipeline.
