Soundgarden, Faith No More, Suicidal Tendencies and Kyuss (aka Kyuss Lives!) are not only the best bands out there. They all helped save rock and roll 20 years ago and by then they were becoming superstars. It's hard to believe it's been that long. This is one reason why a "reunion tour" together is much deserved. Soundgarden, Faith No More, Suicidal Tendencies and Kyuss are all the best rock bands you'll never forget.
Soundgarden, Faith No More, Suicidal Tendencies and Kyuss have a lot of other great comparisons between or with any other band. 3/4 of the bands all released defining records in 1992. Some of them went at least platinum, some had crossover hits, etc. Faith No More released Angel Dust, while Suicidal Tendencies released The Art of Rebellion and Kyuss released Blues for the Red Sun. Soundgarden had already released Badmotorfinger the year before, but they were still riding high with the success of that record in '92, which eventually went double platinum. Soundgarden, Faith No More, Suicidal Tendencies and Kyuss would all eventually break up in the in the mid-to-late '90s before they all had their own reunions. For some reason, Kyuss is now calling themselves Kyuss Lives!, maybe it's because Josh Homme is not with them, but it is good that they're back.
Ice Cube would be a great "special guest" for the "reunion" tour. He also had an album in '92, that was his #1 record The Predator, featuring his famous hit "It Was a Good Day".
