The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and NEH have been the life-blood and foundation of the arts community across our nation since 1965. They provide grants for dance, music, drama, literature, outreach education, and so much more. Now, they are at risk. A Who’s Who of Broadway, Hollywood, Theatre, Dance, and Music and submissions from artists like YOU are uniting to record and film the single of the iconic Beatles’ song “ A Little Help From My Friends” to inspire support for the arts in America.

100% of the profits from this recording will go towards Americans For The Arts and their work to protect the NEA and support arts education . This organization alongside the National Endowment for the Arts continues to fight for our beautiful industry and all that it does to foster community, creativity and economic growth. Let us join our voices and talents to ‘Save the NEA’.

The NEA and NEH account for less than .002% of our federal spending -- about 46 cents each, for every American, every year. We are incredibly grateful for anything you can give but symbolic of the above statistic, we suggest a donation $4.60. No matter what you can give, we are incredibly grateful, with every dollar going towards making this project a reality.

While artists are graciously donating their time, other costs cannot be avoided including rehearsal space, recording studio, videographers, lighting equipment, editing and travel expenses. Every dollar will go directly to the cause and any surplus will be donated to Americans for the Arts in their efforts to save the NEA.

On March 21st, before going live on YouTube, we have been invited by Americans for the Arts to premiere the video at the national Arts Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill. This annual event gathers 85+ national partners and 500+ advocates from across America to join forces to advocate for continued support of the National Endowment for the Arts and related arts policies.
