The lawsuit recently brought about by a John and Jane Doe pertaining to the Tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary school in Newtown, Ct unjustly represents the community as a whole. The citizens of the great state of Connecticut have gone through so much and the suffering needs to stop. This action to sue the state for $100 million in the name of a 6-year-old child will only bring monetary benefit to one family while scarring a community that has done everything in their power to aid the victims. The Newtown board of Education, town police, state police, EMT's, Firemen, town officials, teachers, parents and students were nothing less than spectacular throughout this heinous event. This is NOT how our judicial system was meant to work. We are to be judged by a jury of our peers, well this is our Jury.

I'm saddened that with this tragic situation so fresh in the minds of the surviving children, parents, teachers, the town, the state and the country that this lawyer found it necessary to be "the first one on the band wagon" trying to profit from this horrific event. I'm just sick about it...

The pa on saved many lives. It served as a way to let the teachers know what was happening.Otherwise they would have been teaching class, instead of trying to be safe. No one can foresee the event that was to happen. All the staff and responders went above and beyond the call of duty. The family should be gratefull that their child survived. There are 20 other families that would gladly trade places. My prayers and thought are with the surviving 6 year old, but sueing is not the answer.

Because people need to adapt to tragedy and do something about healing. Paying another shyster lawyer to collect millions is not helping anyone.
