Make companies honor contracts when moving work from one site to another.

If a worker is expected to do the same job from another building they should not be expected to take a huge cut in their contractual pay and conditions.
In the current economic climate multi national companies are using the ability to sack their workforce when closing one site. To drive down terms and conditions for workers at replacement sites. The workers at the original site generally have long service and good terms and conditions. They are replaced by low paid workers on poor contracts who are exploited by these companies.
In this day and age it can not be right that these sort of Victorian practices still occur.
