Plans to devolve powers at COAG on hold
This morning I wrote to the PM, presenting your signatures (now 185) and thoughtful comments. Thank you for your support!
The plan to devolve EPBC Act powers to states and territories is now on hold. However, should states and territories reach agreement on the powers they want and the legislative framework to implement them, it will be back on the COAG agenda.
