Reunification NOT Deportation: Stop the Deportation of Rene Rivas

      Miami, FL

A father who came to the United States from Mexico in 2001 to find a better future for his family, Rene Rivas and his wife Ana have lived in the U.S for 12 years to provide a better pathway to success for their children. Rene and Ana have been married for 19 years, having four kids who are currently attending Miami-Dade public schools. Rene works day and night to put food on the table and help his oldest son pay for his college tuition. He is a loving husband and a dedicated father who wants the best for his family. Without Rene, his family would be left without monetary support and that will risk their children's education knowing that their father is not beside them. Please sign this petition to release Rene Rivas from the detention center and reunite him with his family.

Separation of families is unethical. Kids need the role model they love and a separation implies psychological damage among many other ills.
