Huggies offensive to Dads!

Huggies is the brand name of a disposable diaper marketed by Kimberly-Clark. Recently, Huggies began airing an insensitive, insulting commercial that portrays Fathers as lazy men who would allow their child to sit in their own feces and urine rather than "stop watching the ball game" to change the child's diaper. Fathers, both single and married are loving, caring individuals who share in every aspect of their children's lives. With this insensitive ad, Huggies is perpetuating idiotic misconceptions. Please sign this position asking Huggies to stop airing this commercial, and please post it and ask your friends to sign. Thank you!

Huggies needs to learn that fathers can raise kids just as well as women can.

Deliberately demeaning men who care for children is a very bad idea. It's hard enough to raise boysproperly nowadays as it is. Anyway, I would gladly go up against my wife in a diaper changing test!

I am not married, do not have kids and STILL found this offensive to men. If you replace the men in this add with women or minority groups you would either have a very sexist or racist ad. HORRIBLE way to portray men who are fathers.

As a single father and orphan myself I took care of my daughter for three years on my own without any assistance from my ex and had no family to help me, I also worked a full time job. There isn't a diaper, spit up, mess I haven't been able to handle, your ad campaign is offensive and degrading and you need to end it immediately. There are a lot more single dads as well as stay at home dads then ever before and we don't take kindly to being portrayed as ignorant. As far as I am concerned and the many friends I have that are parents as well Huggies will never get another dime from any of us. I hope your PR department is having some sleepless nights right now, you know the kind that I had when my one and half year old had bronchitis. Good luck trying to put this fire out Huggies.

As a stay at home dad of 6, I've changed thousands of diapers. I'm tired of dads being depicted as boobs when is comes to taking care ofbabies.
