It’s a known fact based on studies and research that a person practices abuse/torture on helpless animals to move on to harming innocent people. There is also more behind all this animal abuse and dog fighting, such as gangs, illegal drugs, illegal ownership of firearms, etc. That can be stopped if we enforce animal abuse laws by forming federally funded undercover animal police investigators and create harsher punishment for violators.

Illinois Governor
President of the United States
Illinois State Senate

U.S. House of Representatives
Enforce animal abuse laws by forming federally funded undercover animal police investigators and create harsher punishment for violators.

Sincerely,

367 Pit Bulls Rescued In Dog Fighting Raid

Federal and state investigators announced Monday they had rescued 367 pit bull terriers and made 10 arrests in the Southeast, in what is believed to be the second-largest raid on dog fighting in U.S. history. The suspects were dealt a 30 count indictment on Friday for allegedly running a dog fighting ring between 2009 and 2013.

Too many dogs have been killed lately. Dogs and cats are family members and they need to be protected.

I want per overpopulation to end. I want animal neglect and abuse to be stopped. Animals deserve to be in forever loving homes, not starving on the streets, tied to trees, or caged in shelters.

The majority of the human species is NOT intelligent (they destroy their own habitat and poison their own lives), NOT superior (dogs can smell better, ants are stronger, cheetahs are faster, cockroaches are tougher, etc.), NOT civilized (they're NOT able to give up violence, they're addicted to the thrill of torture and murder), NOT capable of empathy and deep feelings (their universe revolves around their egos, they only need but never love others - not even their own descendants, who are just used for different purposes as physical satisfaction, drain for aggression, remedy against inferiority complexes or loneliness, a task in a boring existence or even just to get the child benefit, etc.), NOT smart (they're not able to think and act predictively; they'll be the first creatures ever that will exterminate themselves).

So, it's time to deal with these facts, give up all the inappropriate man-made laws and ordinances and FINALLY start to be realistic. Humans will be gone within the following 70 years and until then, they just need such things as bloody gladiator fights for entertainment and career, the laws of the jungle (the more we forbid them to compete with each other, the more uninvolved weak will have to suffer). The majority of the human society needs vigilantism, the freedom to solve problems on their own, the freedom to get justice or just lose because they were not strong enough - no one who treats them like a child, no one to blame!

The continued suppression of natural impulses has perverted mankind; a community that's not able to exist without all their uncivilized, violent, uneducated, and yes, sometimes bloodthirsty and deadly original traits.
