The Solid Waste Disposal Project would have the following impact:
Endangerment of the health and well being of future generations.
Contamintae Lake Sakakawea, which is free-flowing clean.
Endanger and destroy the natural wildlife habitat.
Destruction of tribal land for future development plans.
Potentially pollute the well water of surrounding homeowners.
Decrease property values.
Increase air pollution.
Create traffic and saftey issues.
