Remove Maria Miller as Minister for Equality

Maria Miller is the wrong person for this job. She opposes gay adoption. She is against giving Lesbain couples the right to fertility treatment. She does not support the racial and Religious Hatred Bill. She sees homophobia, racial hatred and prejudice as free speech. Remove her now

I see no point in having an Equalities Minister who does not believe in Equality for all people. This, it seems, is the Tory way of showing exactly what it thinks of the elderly, disabled and other minority groups that it is now in the process of impoverishing in the belief we have no value to society. Who is there to defend out rights to equality in society if not the Equalities Minister?

It is clear the government has made an error of judgement in appointing someone who is against equal rights in the role of minister for equality.

It is preposterous having an equality minister who is prejudiced against lesbians and gays!

As a group of disabled people, we are very disappointed by Maria Miller's track record of opposing nearly every issue on equality for disabled.

      Please make her go away!
