The Ombudsmen for Milwaukee County worker Rachel Schweitzer
Ms. Rachel Schweitzer is a worker for Wisconsin Board of Aging and Long-Term CARE in Milwaukee, WI. She was a witness for the guardian. On Dec. 6, 2012 Rachel made this statement to the Department of Aging and I quote statement...
"Spoke with Rachel Schweitzer 262-251-4004 she was told I was going to remove (guardian). She thought that I was going to keep (name not disclosed) as guardian, explained to her that I (DOA) reviewed all documents that I changed my mind. Rachel wasn't in agreement explained to her I can't go into details regarding the information I have received. Explained to her felt (guardian) wasn't acting in the best interest of the client SHE DISAGREED."
Now petitioners...how do she disagree before she heard the evidence against the guardian? The guardian told my mother that he spoke to this worker 2 weeks before court and she (the worker) told him that my mother was coming home. Doesn’t this seem a little fishy?
