This man was a 68 yr old Retired Marine Vet, 20 yr retiree of the DOC that was fatally shot in his apt in Nov 2011. His medical pendant went off triggering the medical company that there was a medical emergency. When the medical company tried to contact Mr Chamberlain they did not receive any contact with him. So the call was made to send help over to his apt.. Some how the cops arrived and tried to gain entry to his apt at which time Mr Chamberlain stated that he was ok, the police still wanted to gain entry and did so by taking the door off the hinges. They see that he was ok but the first step of theirs was to shoot him with a taser gun, then supposedly shot a shotgun of bean bags to the man... Let it be known that Mr Chamberlain had a heart condition.. Now he eventually died and the police began to spin the story right away saying that he was holding a knife in hand and that he was a disturbed man.. No names of the police who were involved in the shooting were ever given out, no one was ever charged for this mans death.. Once the spin was given by the police they never knew there was video and audio of the incident that was captured by the medical company that received the medical emergency call.. Now none of this evidence has been released by the police dept or the DA.. There is a cover up to this story and this family needs answers.. Please help bring justice to Kenneth Chamberlain Sr and his family and to the White Plains Police Dept..

If the paramilitary forces can do this to a blackman, what is to prevent them from doing the same to any other minority or otherwise. No one is safe from these Gestopo thugs. The courts also protect them because the activist jurists feel threatened and must use these thugs to protect the failed and corrupt shadow ruling elite. It is about time the people stood up and rise up against state tyranny. the rule of law dosen't apply to the political powerful.

It could be me...or anyone of the many people of color who are threatened by those who are charged to enforce the laws of the land! Often, we find ourselves looking down the barrel of a gun, facing a threatening situation, at odds with someone who has biases against people of color! This continues to be true, even in ones senior years!

I am a 61 yr old white woman, appalled by how police still treat blacks & other minorities & how they do cover-ups for themselves. Higher standards should be used through out this nation for hiring officers. There are people looking for jobs now with degrees and higher IQ's who should replace most of them.We should not put up with redneck racists who get a thrill out of playing cowboy. Let us come together & love one another! God bless Kenneth Chamberlain.
