Judge Dee McDonald: Reject or Modify the Plea Deal in the Savannah Dietrich Case

According to news articles, the Judge can reject or modify the plea agreement next month so that these sexual offenders get a more severe sentence.

The news is aflame with the sexual assault and voyeurism case of Savannah Dietrich. The proposed sentence is being reported as a "slap on the wrist." Over 100,000 people have already signed the petition to not have her arrested on contempt charges and they were dropped. Social networks and news outlet articles are full of outraged comments from people from all over the country, and the world, decrying the lack of prosecution and justice in his case.

These charges should be taken as seriously as they are, and these defendants should be held accountable for their actions and get a sentence as severe as the crime they committed against this woman, instead of receiving a slap on the wrist from you.

Judge McDonald, please reject or modify the deal next month so that true justice is done on your watch.
