Thousands of homeless dogs should not be slaughtered as a punishment for the death of a 4 year old child. When humans rape and murder a 4 year old child, we do not form a mob of vigilantes and slaughter thousands of humans in response. The logic here does not make sense. I agree that the Romanian government needs to take care of the stray dog and cat problem, but massacre is not the solution. TRP or sterilization is the only solution to a humane population control.

Investigations and DNA has proofed, the child did not die of the dog bites ....but the dogs can not defend themselves....and where were the parents, their negligence should apply first!!!! It is a very poor excuse using the child as the victim and giving a freelance to slaughter/skin the dogs alive, narrow-minded people with little sanity and totally corrupted Government!!!!!!

In the meantime the Police has found out that the child was actually the victim of a pedophile and not killed by Dogs.

However ,this campaign was meant by the illustrious presidient of Romania to distract the brainwashed masses of People from more important issues that come up before election.

He wants to copy Roman emperors who said that to the masses of People you Need to give"bread and Circus" but he wants to give them blood and Circus!!!

Everyone should write to president basescu, before 25.09.when he wants to set in place this law and protest there, in face of him.

A Demonstration of protest of Young People agains killing of Dogs will take palce tomorrow in Bucharest.

Address of Romanian parliament:Palatul Parlamentului, str.Izvor 2-4, Bucharest, Romania, please write quickly to him before it's too late!!
