Australians are been deceived into financially supporting Muslim organisations through halal certification. Halal certification places a religious tax on essential items including food. Companies pay a Islamic religious tax to gain halal certification and every time you purchase a halal certified product you are financially supporting Islam. No religion has the right to impose a tax on life's essentials, to impose such a tax is to impose on an individuals free will and civil rights. The Australian Government must recognise this breach of our civil rights and abolish halal certification. Stand up for your freedom and your right not to support Islamic tax in Australia.

Halal certification schemes are sharia by stealth. No Australian government should endorse or promote one religions edicts over any other. Halal should be "user pays", with no compunction on non-Muslims.
