Tell Congress: Pass ENDA Now

    1. Sponsored by

      Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee

Right now, you can be fired for being gay in 28 States. But Speaker Boehner has said he will not allow the House to vote on ENDA, falsely claiming, “People are already protected in the workplace.” Join the DSCC and tell Speaker Boehner – Americans deserve better than leadership that ignores discrimination.

Currently there is no federal law barring employment discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. You can be fired for being gay in 28 states.

Senate Democrats lead ENDA’s passage in the Senate – it’s time for the Republican controlled House to finally stand up against LGBT discrimination and do the same.

Join the Democratic Senatorial Congressional Committee and tell Speaker Boehner  that it’s time to pass ENDA.

By signing up, the DSCC will keep you updated on our efforts to promote equality in America.

U.S. Congress
It’s time to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and finally give the LGBTQ community equal rights in the workplace.

How would you feel if your son, daughter, friend or even a complete stranger was fired simply because his or her employer thought he or she might be gay? This isn't even a hard call.

This is an important discrimination issue for all citizens but more so for the LGB and the T individuals of this nation. These laws would not be needed if all citizens of this nation were treated equally but we know that is not the case. Please pass this legislation, thank you.

I am a crossdresser and feel that I should be able to dress in my own time without fear of getting fired for doing this away from the job.

I cross-dress and also have several friends who do. I would love to be who I really am at work. I feel like I have to hide who I am in order to gain or sustain employment.
