    1. Petition by

      Concerned Citizen

      Anytown, United States

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that you prosecute Curtis Cleary and Contisa Wallin (Jacobs), of Lexington, Illlinois, to the fullest extent of the law for the deaths of approximately 70 cats and dogs that were found on November 4, 2012 on the property on which Cleary and Wallin-Jacobs lived. We ask that Ms. Wallin (who has yet to be charged in this case) be charged with violation of the Humane Care for Animals Act and that neither Cleary nor Wallin be allowed to own/harbor/possess/reside with any animals in the future.

Heartless to torture and/or kill a defenseless animal.

These people knowingly allowed these animals to suffer. They are monsters. I feel the punishment should fit the crime.
