Save Kerser & Stop Breed Discrimination and Breed Specific Laws

    1. Petition by

National Animal Rescue Group Of Australia

Dogs are being taken away and killed because they "look like" a pitbull, Kerser is not a dangerous dog and has done no wrong besides "look like" a specific breed of dog which are classified as "dangerous" when in fact its not the dog that should be put through hell because the Council, RSPCA, Mayors and whoever else don't like the look of the dog, it all comes down to how the dog is treated and how vicious it is.
If its not harming anyone it shouldn't be "destroyed", I therefor protest against putting Kerser to sleep as his done no wrong and all other dogs in this situation.

BSL is a legislation that targets specific breeds of dog (namely Pit Bulls and
"pit bull types") because they are supposedly inherently dangerous and
therefore deserving of prejudicial rules and regulations.
Breed specific legislation (BSL) is being passed in many different states,
counties, towns and countries, and is a detriment to the survival of the Pit
Bull. All owners should concern themselves with the matter of BSL.
Banned Breeds in Australia :
American Pit bull Terrier
Japanese Tosa;
Perro de Presa Canario

The community will fight against this ridiculous law and do whatever we can to save dogs who deserve to live.

Kerser did nothing wrong, the fence was both neighbour's responsibility and Jade had JUST moved in. She would have fixed it. The council has wasted too much taxpayer's money in regards to these ridiculous BSL laws that DO NOT WORK. Listen to the experts. You cannot predict a dog attack. Go after the irresponsible owners, not ones like Jade who are happy to register and keep their animals secure if given half a chance. Kerser has been able to remain in custody all this time without a single incident of biting or anti social behaviour, despite all he has been through. Return him to his owners. Many people here and overseas ar boycotting Australia and in particular, Victoria because of this ridiculous law. Ban BSL and FREE KERSER now. We will continue to call and write and make noise until Kerser is safely returned and this law is thrown out. It's not good enough for the people of Victoria. You have bigger fish to fry-start helping PEOPLE and leave these poor animals alone! Do your job, pollies!

When dogs behave dangerously, the problem lays at the other end of the lead.

Saving Kerser is vital for the survival of all Pit Bulls and look-a-like canines. I love my dogs and would be devastated if anyone tried to take my babies from me. Please let Kerser go home. There are no bad dogs, just bad owners. Jail the abuser not the abused. Thank you.

I hope and pray that justice is done in the case of Kerser, the wrongly accused dog of being a pit bull breed.

He is not and it is obvious to most that this is a miscarriage of justice.

Please show the world that the Australian people can be just and true in their courts.
