Just recently scientists got together and signed a petition to atest to the sentient nature of ALL animals. Two circuses (Lennon bros. and Stardust)in Australia persist in forcing lions and monkeys to perform for the excitement of humans every night. A male lion in the wild would typically roam around 260kms and scent mark their territory. Instead these three lions are driven almost all year round  in hot tiny cages. If you were a caged, trick-performing, sentient being would you think that was fair treatment?
