Dogs (and other abused animals) need caring, loving, responsible people to speak for them because they can't!

You are petitioning the wrong Mayor/City Council. This happened in New Port Richey, a different city. And Mr. Perry was arrested under Florida State Law, not a City Ordinance.

String him up the loser. Real men DO NOT abuse or kill animals. They need to take animal abusers away from the public. They are dangerous.

the man should have returned the dog to the rescue, did he intentionally go, get a so called "tough" dog so he could test how much of a man he was by beating the poor thing..obviously the dog wasn't going to fight back so why didn't this low life stop??? he should get the same treatment.
