ack is a 7yr old Sheltie, who was startled by the owners granddaughter, which in return nipped her. Judge Van Slyke has ordered the dog to be euthanized..it was his first and ever bite...

Description

The family worships the ground Gia, the granddaughter walks on, she is first and foremost, if the family thought for one second that this was a vicious attack, they would be the first to have the dog put down...but that is not the case!

Many people have been asking this question. We are located in Upsate NY, we are called the Mohawk Valley, between Albany and Syracuse. Jack is not vicious, or a danger to anyone. His and Gia's family agrees that Gia's "nip" was not serious in any way. Jack is being abused by his confinement, and does not fit the description of a dangerous dog according to NY State Law chapter 69, article 7 § 123. Jack should not be euthanized. Jack and all animals in NY state deserve justice. Please do the right thing and pardon Jack.

Because I have raised dogs for over 40 years and this dog should not be euthanized.
