BARNES AND NOBLES (B&N): STOP THE CLOSURE OF THE CAMPCREEK MARKET PLACE STORE #2142, EAST POINT, GA

    1. BRENDA Aiken
    2. Petition by

      BRENDA Aiken

      Atlanta, GA

This store does not have a negative economic impact for their reasoning for closure. B&N has been in the Marketplace for 10 years and has served its' clients (members) well. This is another example of big business closing stores in our areas to force us to spend in their communities. This closing will affect a hugh Senior Citizens population, Educators, Students, Children and a plethora of business, churches and the neighborhoods in general. When you call their customer service line (800-422-7717) they are unaware of this closure. What is the secret? Please sign this petition to keep the store open. If it closes everyone will have to travel approximately 30 miles to another store (not in our community). Closure is scheduled for June or July 2013! Remember, A Mind and JOBS are A Terrible Thing To Waste!

Barnes and nobles is important to me because it is the closet store near me. Although I drive over 30 miles to go to the store it is worth the drive. If the store close I will not have any other book store I could take my kids to.

My family has loved this bookstore. I use it as a teacher. There are approx. 20-30 public an private schools with student and teacher populations that relied on this store. Very poor form b&n. I will have to take my business to amazon if you are unwilling to stay invested in the south fulton area.

This is the ONLY bookstore in this area! As a student and teacher, it's important for this bookstore to be here as we need resources for our studies and classrooms. Please don't close this location!
