Berkshire Train Campaign

122 Castle Street
Great Barrington, MA 01230

Passenger service from Grand Central Terminal to Pittsfield will promote sustainable economic development and make the Berkshires a vibrant model for the kind of rural-urban connections needed in the 21st century. Businesses offering professional jobs will be far more likely to relocate to the Berkshires when there is easy access to New York, and existing businesses, schools, and organizations will thrive. The Berkshire Train Campaign is administered through The Barrington Institute, a nonprofit corporation. Its mission is to promote international understanding through education and it is a partner of Berkshire Publishing Group. A tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, U.S. 20-1670260
