Right now, because there is no federal law barring employment discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, you can be fired for being gay in 28 states.

It is time to change that by passing the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), which would finally make job discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity illegal.

This may seem like common sense, but this bill has been introduced nine times since 1994 without success. We need your help to make sure ENDA becomes the law of the land – right now.

      The US is a secular country. Both upholding the freedom to practice a religion and the freedom to be free from religion. You cannot use religion to justify discrimination. Nothing in the law or the bible says you should. Only a self-righteous and a fanatic would do that.

      Equal Rights are not special.

      Equal protection, under law, is justice.

      Sexual orientation and gender identity do not negatively impact the ability of a worker. Judge an employee on their work, not their lifestyle.
