Stop the Enslavement of Black Africans in Libya

CNN has released video footage of West African migrants  being bought and sold openly in modern-day slave auctions markets by smugglers in Libya, for as little as $400. I am asking the African Union, ECOWAS, United Nations and the International Community to put pressure on the Libyan government to take immediate action to stop these criminals from selling more people, to set current prisoners free, arrest the criminals and end this immediately. http://edition.cnn.com/2017/11/17/africa/libya-slave-auction-investigation/index.html

-Dr. Jane Goodall www.janegoodall.de

A CALL FOR JUSTICE TO SAUDI ARABIAN WOMEN!

IMPORTANT! A 25 year old Saudi Arabian woman in Riyadh is trapped in a household which promotes a rape culture and abuse through various beatings, threats, violence, as well as depriving her from basic needs such as food, water and medical care. I write this on behalf of her as this is a serious matter that needs immediate attention. I and many private individuals have contacted organisations such as UN women, Amnesty international, Human Rights Watch, Un Refugee etc only for them to ignore our cry for help or they would tell us that they do not deal with "individual cases". The young lady contacted local authorities and shelters for help but they would blame her instead for the abuse or they would turn a blind eye towards her case. This was proven from a variety of emails and proofs of which she provided us with in the hopes that it will spark attention. We call upon each and every individual to be a voice, in order for her to be placed in a safe environment after her endured trauma! She is also willing to testify on behalf of many other women who are trapped in her predicament in the hopes that Officials need to start taking lives seriously! I am desperate for this petition to reach as many people as possible because the young lady is looking through other means such as suicide. Who can blame her? It is obvious that she is mentally incapable and hence I redeem this matter as being serious. I have not provided her full name so that I can protect her identity from any further dangers especially from governmental entities and/or her oppressors. It is seen as a "shame" for a victim of the Saudi state to seek international help from outside their borders. That to me is absurd considering the fact that the victim and those who are oppressed wouldnt need to seek international help in the first place if their OWN state authorities and organisations didnt turn them away!  To the humanitarian organisational entities, we call upon you to act according to the promises that you preach on a daily basis! We cannot as a society allow you to weaken the voices of the vulnerable when they CALL OUT FOR YOU!  Furthermore, the whole purpose as to why your entites exist in the first place is to deal with violations that are a threat to human life! If you, yourselves do not follow your own mission and vision statements that you are willingly proud to boast about in public view, you are as bad as the individuals who find the need to cause unrest in society! The abuse of Saudi Arabian Women has been an ongoing issue that never ends. It is an atrocity that shouldn't even be considered a norm. Convenants and policies do nothing for these women as they are still being abused and mistreated in the most horrendous ways. A Saudi Arabian woman must not be killed or placed in a dention centre just because she knows her worth! The Saudi Arabian state must be held accountable for upholding a culture of abuse in its society!  Death should not be, by any means a way of escape for a woman who is oppressed! Stop turning a blind eye to a human rights violation that is killing many.  One Womans death equates to a fallen generation! Women are more than their beauty and their strength, They hold the world in the palm of their hands, therefore we need to rise to the occassion. Saudi Arabian women deserve their freedom. We talk about their freedom, we fantasize about it, we write articles about it and we even create mediocre policies for it but we never ACT on the freedom we so actively preach about it! ACT! ACT! ACT! GOALS 1. The Saudi Arabian Victim must be set free without any arrests. Furthermore, her oppressors must be dealt with legally for the crimes committed. She must be given the necessary treatment for the trauma and she must be able to have a say when it comes to her personal concerns. 2. Provide Saudi Arabian women of ALL ages places of safety ENSURING that they will not get turned back by organisational entities, ensuring that medical provisions are being made, ensuring that their perpetrators deal with the law immediately and effectively and ensuring that places of safety are checked on a constant bases for safety precautions. Any organisation that fails to account for the above, must face legal precautions. 3. Police Enforcement must be held accountable for not taking matters of abused women seriously. Women must NOT be forced back to their oppressors neither should they be arrested for reporting a crime that is considered urgent and pertaining a crisis that has the potential cause death. We ask that the Police enforcement must be held accountable for their actions if found to do so and this can only be achieved if investigations are conducted by the state and international organisations who have ties with such entities.    #StopEnslavingSaudiWomen   For more info please contact me on the following: Email: Ask for it. Petition on behalf of the People of J&K to UNHRC to establish a Commission of Inquiry.

Petition on behalf of the People of Jammu & Kashmir to UN Human Rights Council to establish a Commission of inquiry on the situation in Jammu & Kashmir.                                                                             June 20, 2018 His Excellency Hon. Ambassador Vojislav ŠucPresidentUnited Nations Human Rights CouncilGeneva, Switzerland. Sub: Petition on behalf of the people of Jammu & Kashmir. Excellency: On behalf of the people of Jammu & Kashmir, we extend our deep gratitude to the Human Rights Council for the report issued by the UN High Commissioner of Human Rights (UNHCHR) on the situation in Kashmir. We share the assessment of the report that the situation is extremely serious while at the same time providing us an opportunity to addresses it so as to put to an end such egregious violations. The people of Kashmir suffer daily violations of their basic human rights. Death and destruction have exhausted the most scenic and tranquil location in the world – the Valley of Kashmir. Today, the carefree sounds of children’s laughter have been replaced by the piercing sounds of gunfire. Time is not on the side of the people of Kashmir. More and more atrocities are being committed by the Indian security forces and every day a larger segment of the population becomes alienated. The extent of this tragedy was revealed to the world in January of this year when 8-year old Asifa was abducted, drugged, gang-raped and finally murdered. Those who wanted to conceal this atrocious crime included two sitting ministers of the state government belonging to the Bharatiya Janta Party, Rape was used as a weapon of war. Asifa’s case is not an isolated one. There are hundreds of incidents of innocent women whose honor was violated in Indian occupied Kashmir the most glaring being the mass rape of Kunan Poshpora in 1991 by the Indian armed forces. All those cases need to reopen and investigated by an international neutral agency. The present situation is too dangerous. It must not be allowed to go on. The Council has condemned such violations elsewhere in the world, it cannot ignore the same abuses in Kashmir. Given the goodwill and the respect for international law, it is possible to bring these atrocities to a complete end. The Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and the Disturbed Areas Act in Kashmir empowers police to arrest and detain within sweeping bounds. These prevailing draconian laws provide total impunity to the Indian army in Kashmir. An Indian soldier can shoot to kill at will and he will not be accountable to anybody or any agency for any prosecution. The New York Times in its editorial on July 21, 2016, wrote, “Kashmir is subject to India’s Armed Forces Special Powers Act, or AFSPA, which grants the military wide powers to arrest, shoot to kill, occupy or destroy property. The result is a culture of brutal disdain for the local population.” The United Nations report also details many instances where the use of draconian laws has given a sense of total impunity to the Indian army in Kashmir. It states “The government of India has passed legislation under the Jammu and Kashmir Disturbed Areas Act of 1990 which gives extraordinary power to all ranks of the Indian military and paramilitary forces.” These laws, the report emphasizes, “have created structures that obstruct the normal course of law, impede accountability and jeopardize the right to remedy for victims of human rights violations.” Apart from the magnitude of violence by the military forces, its use of shotgun pellets has blinded hundreds of youth in Kashmir. New York Times on July 25, 2016, described the effect of pellet gun frequently used by Indian army in Kashmir, “A single shot from such gun sprays more than a hundred mettle-pellets. A pellet is a high-velocity projectile 2mm to 4mm around and with sharp edges. It doesn’t simply penetrate an eye; it ricochets inside it, tearing the retina and the optic nerves, scooping out flesh and bone.” Amnesty International wrote on August 5, 2016, “Pellet guns are inherently inaccurate and indiscriminate, and have no place in law enforcement…Hundreds of people have been injured, and many blinded, by the use of pellet guns by armed forces in Kashmir in recent weeks.” Detention of thousands of political prisoners by the authorities in Kashmir besmirches India's boast as the world's most populous democracy and insistence that its military occupation of Kashmir is welcomed and endorsed by the Kashmiri people. The detention of these political leaders is to punish their successful and peaceful campaign against Indian occupation. Such peaceful political protest is a time-honored and celebrated form of freedom of speech and association recognized by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The council must intervene and impress upon Govt of India for the unconditional release of all political prisoners and terminate regular house arrest of pro-freedom leadership. Their release will pave the way to create a conducive atmosphere in Kashmir. The convening of the 38th regular session of the Human Rights Council this week in Geneva presents the world community of nations a unique opportunity to discuss the human rights situation and recommend the practical steps and procedures to address the human rights atrocities in Kashmir. We have carefully studied the entire report on the situation in Kashmir. While we appreciate the positive elements of the report in the situation of both Jammu and Kashmir, Azad Kashmir & Gilgit Baltistan, we feel we would be remiss in our duty as the leaders of the people of Kashmir, if with our knowledge of the ground realities, we failed to draw your attention to the single most recommendation made by the UNHCHR to the Human Rights Council – to establish a Commission on the situation in Kashmir. The people of Kashmir look toward the Human Rights Council as the custodian of the moral responsibility of the United Nations. First, the Human Rights Commission and now the Human Rights Council has championed the principle that the plea of internal jurisdiction cannot exonerate a government’s commission of massive and systematic violations of human rights. The principal gains an immeasurable added force and should compel intervention by the Council to help establish a Commission on Kashmir as recommended by the UNHCHR when the scene of atrocities is not recognized as falling within the internal jurisdiction of any state. We know that Kashmir is a disputed territory, recognized by the successive United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Jammu & Kashmir, whose status is yet to be decided by its people. We beg to draw your attention to the human urgency of the situation in Kashmir and the implications it has for the credibility of the United Nations which, as the President of the Council, you have done so much to strengthen and enhance. In saying this, we are by no means unmindful of the fact that, in your capacity as the President of the Council, you have to be impartial between the Member States and perceived to be so. It is, therefore, on the ground of the established facts in the UN report that we approach you with the appeal that you exercise your good offices to persuade the members of the Council to help establish the Commission on Kashmir. Although the focus of this petition is on the recent Report of the UNHCHR, we conclude by drawing your attention to the urgent need for the resolution of the dispute over the State of Jammu and Kashmir in its entirety. The non-resolution of the dispute is indeed both the cause and the consequence of all human rights violations and the cruel uncertainty suffered by the people of the State on both sides of the Line of Control. Furthermore, the dispute is implicitly accepted even by the Government of India in its long record of negotiations with the people of Kashmir and Pakistan over the last seven decades. We would strongly argue that in the final analysis to curtail the repeated return of the problems faced by the people of the State of Jammu and Kashmir be allowed to exercise the right to self-determination as promised by the United Nations. The U.N. must lead the way towards the resolution.     Syed Ali Geelani Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Mohammad Yasin Malik (On Behalf of People of Jammu & Kashmir) Copy to:Hon.

STOP THE FEDERAL FUNDING TO CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES - TO KIDNAP OUR CHILDREN!

STOP supporting this clear Misappropriation of Funding and Abuse of Authority by Officers of Government Agencies Aiding & Abetting CPS TYRANNY! De-fund Title IVE & IVD! This is not occurring by some foreign entity in some other country, it is happening on American soil and being orchestrated by our very own Government. Specifically Child Protective Services (DHS/DCFS/DSS/CPS) & Family Courts in every state across our GREAT NATION. The lives, health, and well being of our children are in clear and present danger as long as the Department of Child and Family Services has the power to remove them from our care without cause, without warrants or justification. As public service employees in all sectors of government continue to fail to uphold the law or protect those they were selected to serve & protect under The Constitution of The United States. The future of our children and families hang in the balance… CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES (CPS) and the FAMILY COURTSare STEALING OUR CHILDREN and OUR MONEY through the Social Security funds for the TITLE IVE & IVD FEDERAL FUNDING (SIGNED INTO EFFECT THROUGH THE "SAFE FAMILIES ACT" of 1997 by FORMER PRESIDENT - BILL CLINTON). On HHS.gov website you will find a pdf file of the money earned on the state by state adoption incentive statistics from 1998-2014. https://www.acf.hhs.gov/cb/resource/adoption-awardsOver $500 million has been earned from adopting our children out since the Incentivized adoption policy was installed. We must act now to stop this practice once and for all.THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR CHILD ABUSE & NEGLECT (NCCAN) in WASHINGTON D.C. Doctors, physicians, and family care providers who have reported instances where severe neglect and/or abuse is noticeably occurring, are ignored due to the need to continue precipitating funding for out of home placement of perfectly healthy, well-adjusted children. DHS/DCFS/DSS/CPS and those in collusion with these departments and employees, employed within the United States Department of Health and Human Services, no longer PROTECT nor RESCUE TRULY ABUSED CHILDREN, whom are classified as "DAMAGED GOODS" & UNMARKETABLE. Children are being ripped from their loving families by CPS; without warrants, without court orders, without probable cause, and where no imminent danger exists. These children are being placed in foster care with pedophiles, rapists, substance abusers, having records for assaults, then placed up for adoption to strangers (avoiding family members for possible placement, as they only get the Federal Bonuses if they adopt these children out to strangers) - $80,000.00 for children who do not have a disability or handicap, and $140,000.00 if CPS can get them diagnosed (with a condition they often do not have) by one or more of their in-pocket doctors as having a condition such as: ADHD, ADD, Bi-Polar, Turrets, Anxiety, schizophrenia, etc... There is no independent oversight of these departments or their employees and this has fostered a level of UNPATRIOTIC behavior unparalleled to any this country has ever allowed to exist within or outside of our own boarders, until recently. Child Protective Services is targeting new mothers entering hospitals to give birth to their babies, and snatching these newborns right off their mother's breasts with the aid of the doctors who delivered these babies. Doctors/hospital social workers, are detaining these young mothers in the hospital until CPS can come and remove their baby from them where there is no abuse, drug addictions, neglect, etc... Nurseries are being used (not to display the new born babies as it has always been) but as holding tanks to await Social Services removal. Our Children are being placed with strangers; sold like cattle, into slavery and sex trade, and unfit homes, where they are being abused, starved, beaten, tortured, and even murdered. According to the National Center for Abused and Neglected Children in Washington D.C. Children are 7 times more likely to be harmed in foster/adoption care than they ever would have been with their own families. Child Protective Services no longer bother with rescuing truly abused/neglected children as they consider these children "DAMAGED GOODS!" un-adoptable, un-place-able, and unmarketable. They know about the children who are being abused and neglected, but do nothing to remove these children and often (if a removal does take place) they are placed back with their abusers in a very short amount of time before even conducting or concluding an investigation into this abuse. CPS has joined with Law Enforcement, Judges, Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Teachers, pharmaceutical companies, etc... correlating together to rip children away from their Bio-families by any means necessary, in order to obtain this Federal Money they continue to funnel into their States and Departments. They are even using the 911 emergency system as a means to target unsuspecting families by alleging that an anonymous call came in against them. Often, it is a CPS worker who made that anonymous call. This funding was put into place by Ex-President Bill Clinton in 1997 under the "Safe Families Act", Title IV, using money from the Social Security Department. There is a clear misappropriation of funds being carried out by this act, which is not only depleting the funds allocated for America’s working class retirement benefits, but is also being funneled to perpetuate this abuse of power by government employees and has become a conduit for corruption in CPS and the Family Court systems. Child Protective Services and their staff doctors are even defrauding the Medicaid programs by triple billing them for each of these kidnapped children. Example: They remove little Johnny, who is perfectly happy and healthy, have him diagnosed with Bi-polar, medicate him with psychotropic drugs he does not need, then renames this child three different times sending out the same billing for each name and receiving 4 times the reimbursements from medicaid for his treatments and medications as well as for the other fictitious names. So, if little Johnny gets sent for an MRI; $3,000.00, X 4, the doctors get $12,000.00 in reimbursements for only really doing one procedure. Parents and families are not given Due Process, Constitutional, Civil, Disability, or Basic Human Rights in this corrupt system. Parents and extended family members are not given due process, adequate council, reasonable opportunity for reunification. They are also systematically being denied their civil, constitutional, and human rights on the ‘hearsay’ and fraudulent testimony of public officers nationwide. RICO violations in the thousands are being recorded/reported, and still nothing has been done to uphold the Constitution and administer any resolve to those effected.Neither judges nor officers of the court observe parent's Civil/Constitutional Rights. These rights are blatantly ignored & denied by both officers of the court, as well as local and state government employees bound to uphold the Constitution of The United States. Thousands of families have evidence and proof of the victimization by these state agencies, and have reported these issues to: Law Enforcement,Superior CourtsCourt of AppealsState and Federal Supreme CourtsDOJ,FBI,Mayors,Governors,Senators, and even toThe President of these United States. Many of these complaints have been dismissed, despite the fact that the DOJ, ACLU, Federal, and State Supreme Courts have ruled that it is in the best interest of the child to remain with their biological parents unless faced with clear and imminent danger. Several Senators and Court Justices have also spoken out against this clear denial of parent’s Civil and Human Rights - perpetuated by officers employed and delegated to serve our great country, “AMERICA”, & ALL of HER CITIZENS. Many parents are facing gag orders if they protest this clear refusal to uphold everything this country was created to defend. We also have restraining orders levied against us, jailed, threatened, forced to sign documents, treated worse than criminals, fined, and even murdered by the very Government put into place to protect us. We, The People; have had enough. We are coming together to stand against this tyrannical Government as it clearly states in our United States Constitution put into place by our Forefathers in the 1700's as it is the only option our Government has left us with. We hope that you will read this, and address these issues, and not blow us off like all the other politicians and state officials and help us to get justice for every family and child who has been wrongfully victimized by this treasonous government. If you do not, then you to are part of the problem and just as guilty and will be held just as accountable by the American People and the Human Rights Tribunal. We Do Not Forget, We Will Not Forgive, and We Are Coming! WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND THAT OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT: #1. STOP THE TITLE IVe & Ve/IVd FUNDING - PROMOTING these CRIMES.#2. Open a NATION WIDE INVESTIGATION into these AGENCIES.#3. ACCOUNTABILITY for CORRUPT CPS AGENCIES & FAMILY COURTS.#4. To IMMEDIATELY RETURN the CHILDREN (WHO WERE WRONGFULLY STOLEN) to THEIR FAMILIES. #5. To IMMEDIATELY ABOLISH CPS and the FAMILY COURT SYSTEMS.

End the Philippines War on Drugs

How many deaths is enough to realize an unviable solution? Extrajudicial killings are not the answer, the world need to hear what is really going on with Duterte. Read the Human Rights Watch Philippines World Report to educate yourself on the truth. Help end the Philippines War on Drugs by bringing this world issue and its human rights violations to light.     Human Rights Watch is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization made up of human rights professionals. Collecting information, statistics, and stories, the organization publishes many reports on human rights violating issues. They are collect information from almost 90 countries and their publications are read and referenced internationally. One of their larger and current initiatives is on the long and ongoing war on drugs in the Philippines. The drug war began on June 30, 2016, announced by current and long running President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte. Duterte’s domestic policy has focused on stopping the illegal drug trade by commencing the Philippine Drug War. In an effort to control the drug trafficking, the government encourages police enforced brutality on anyone affiliated with drugs, which has ended up making many innocent people the victim of this war. The government has recently pulled out of the ICC (International Criminal Court) and has a track record of false claims and reports on the events in the country. Human Rights Watch has reported that 12000 Filipinos have been killed, 2555 because of police brutality. Despite intervention and an increase in negative attention, President Duterte has vowed to continue this drug war campaign.   The Philippine War on Drugs is entirely a world issue. In addition to violating an extent of human rights, the ongoing conflict is challenging its physical borders. Human Rights Watch has done a tremendous amount of work to cover the events of the war on drugs; bringing attention to both the severity of the issue and the truth behind what is being falsified by the Philippines government. An annual report of the drug war has been updated by Human Rights Watch, detailing each of the human rights violations of this conflict. This war violates several human rights through extrajudicial killings and attacks on human rights defenders, children, journalists. There have been several deaths by police, especially to innocent citizens. Also, the government falsified evidence on the death toll in an effort to justify the killings as ‘obstructing justice’; “Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) data indicates that police operations resulted in the deaths of 3,906 suspected drug users and dealers from July 1, 2016, to September 26, 2017. But unidentified gunmen have killed thousands more, bringing the total death toll to more than 12,000, according to credible media reports” (“World Report 2018: Rights Trends in Philippines.”). President Duterte’s campaign is very public in its support of violent police intervention. However, human rights are further violated by targeting specific groups. Duterte has sought to cut funding for human rights, giving groups a smaller voice and making them a larger target. “In August, Duterte encouraged police attacks against human rights groups and advocates, instructing police, “If they are obstructing justice, you shoot them””(“World Report 2018: Rights Trends in Philippines.”). Another group targeted is children. “In July, a Philippine children’s rights group published data indicating that police have killed 56 children since the start of the “drug war.” Most were killed while in the company of adults who were the apparent target of the shooting. Both Duterte and Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II have dismissed those child killings as “collateral damage”...In August, the government approved mandatory drug testing for high school and college students and applicants. This will effectively allow the police to extend their abusive anti-drug operations to high schools and university campuses” (“World Report 2018: Rights Trends in Philippines.”). The Duterte government is looking to end the illegal drug trade by killing any ‘relative’ aspects, in this case “collateral damage” is extremely problematic term by normalizing and justifying the mass innocent killings. Yet another targeted group are journalists attempting to cover the issue. “On social media, pro-Duterte trolls and supporters – some of them officially working for the government – have threatened violence against human rights advocates, including Human Rights Watch staff and journalists who report critically on the “drug war”” (“Philippines: Duterte's 'Drug War' Claims 12,000+ Lives.”). It is not only the violation of human rights making this conflict a world issue, the extent of this violence has turned caused the world to get involved. First, Human Rights Watch involvement in the issue, sending journalists and human rights advocates to report on the events, is crossing borders to make this an geopolitical concern. Deciding who is going to enter the Philippines to involve themselves in the conflict, and the Philippines response are all geopolitical decisions. A more recent concern that has stirred yet further geopolitical decision making is the fact that the Philippines has withdrawn from the International Criminal Court, potentially in hopes of avoiding charged based on false claims. However, this will not be effective for some time.  “President Duterte's spokesman, Harry Roque, dismissed the ICC's examination as a "waste of time and resources… "This announcement is a warning to leaders around the world that those who order or incite crimes against humanity including murder will not be able to get away with it, and will be subject to investigation under international law," said James Gomez, Amnesty's south-east Asia director” (BBC, Feb. 8, 2018). “Mr. Duterte temporarily placed the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in charge of the drug war last year after police officers were found to have killed three teenagers and then lied about how the boys died. News of their deaths prompted protests and a Senate investigation. The exact number of people killed since Mr. Duterte’s drug war took effect in 2017 is unknown. The government says fewer than 4,000 suspects have been killed, but Human Rights Watch last week estimated the figure at more than 12,000” (Villamor, Feb. 2, 2018). Following several false claims and extrajudicial killings, international concern for the liability of the Philippines has risen. “The truth is, the Philippine government needs to answer for the more than 12,000 lives lost without due process in this brutal campaign across the country. The government should stop depicting itself as the victim,” said Human Rights Watch Philippine researcher Carlos Conde” (Gamil, Inquirer News). As the drug war continues in its second year, the proof that extraducial and targeted killings are not a viable solution to the drug trade.   Human Rights Watch has made itself a major figurehead in the involvement of the Philippine War on Drugs. However, due to the extent of the violence and targeting of human rights activists and journalists, the groups main initiative has been bringing awareness and up to date, true report on the issue. This has not altered the impact of the initiative though, as Human Rights Watch has asserted itself as a very reliable source; providing true statistics on the killings. The group itself and affiliate reporters have been quoted as a reliable source in many articles concerning the drug war; including CBS News, The New York Times, and BBC. A CBS article suggested Duterte is violating women's rights; ”The U.S.-based group Human Rights Watch said the remark last week was the latest in a "series of misogynist, derogatory and demeaning statements he has made about women" that encourage state forces to commit sexual violence during armed conflicts” (CBS News, Feb. 13, 2018). These secondary sources not only provide coverage as the HRW reports do, they incorporate subsequent information that isn’t directly in the reports. These demands are contained in the CCLL conferences 1 & 2 resolutions and in the communiqué calling for this strike. The gist of these resolutions is that: 1. We want a return to the Federal system of government we voted for in the plebiscite of 11th February, 1961. That is two independent nations of equal status having full independence uniting as a Federation of states; 2. We want to have a southern Cameroons National Assembly to enable us make our own laws and other legislation; 3. We want a perfect Common law legal system for Southern Cameroons, ie having her own law school to train lawyers. To nominating and confirming via our own House of Assembly, judges of the lowest to the highest courts, i.e. including a Southern Cameroons Supreme Court; 4. We want to be able to decide on our educational path and future which primarily favours technical education; 5. We of course demand the use of English language as the sole working language of Southern Cameroons;  6. We want to manage all our natural resources e.g. petroleum, timber etc., and direct FD investment and development; and 7. We want to have the possibility of breaking away from the Union with French Cameroon if it becomes at any time the wish of the majority of Southern Cameroonians. We are calling on all Anglophone Cameroonians to stand with us and fight by us to achieve these objectives. Together we shall succeed. The time is now." Check out the following:  Cameroon Common Law CHAPTER 14; THE QUESTIONS, WHAT THE STUDENTS, TRANSPORTERS AND TRADERS OF SOUTHERN CAMEROONS ARE SAYING;  ‘’A view from another angle: 1 - Why does La Republique borrow billions to construct Dams in the French speaking sides of Cameroon while Mentchum is flowing and wasting here in Bamenda? - Why do they borrow billions to construct sea ports in kribi while Tiko and Limbe dont need as much money to develop? 3 - Why are certain ministries reserved for members of some regions and never to north west and south west? 4- Why is it that when it comes to national integration as far as entry into certain schools its only evident with HTTC & HTTTC Bambili and Kumba and you don't hear of it in ENS Yaounde and Maroua? 5- Why is it that nearly all official documents are published in French despite the fact that English is an official language in Cameroon? 6 - Why is it that the unwritten official language of the armed forces is French in Cameroon? 7- Why are the tanks storing SONORA's oil in Douala not Limbe? 8- Why did the govt refuse aid to tar the ring roads in Bamenda by the British in 1992? 9 - look at the state of roads in Bamenda and compare to any other major town in Cameroon?  10- Why is that the govt has completely snubbed the plea from common law lawyers and teachers and ordered its militia to shoot and kill us? 11- Why is that minor cases sent to court takes years to be deliberated and pass judgment but when we have a problem that threatens our existence the minister takes a few hours to "hear" and dismiss the case? (Does he even have such powers?) 12 - Why is HTTC & HTTTC Bambili filled with francophones and Anglosaxon schools lack teachers?  13- What is the function of a government delegate (CPDM & appointed) if not to subjugate the will of the people who have voted for the council heads? 14 - Why has the Babadjou-Bamenda road not been tarred despite our cries for the past years? 15- Don't be deceived by our brothers and sisters who have been given govt posts and you think they are happy, deep within they too are insulted. The only weapon they have used on us is: FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. I know this is going to hurt some of you but i can’t hide the truth from my people.’’ CHAPTER 15; THE QUESTIONS, WHAT OWONO EYEBE ANICETUS ADVICED SOUTHERN CAMEROONS SAYING;  “BEWARE SOUTHERN CAMEROONS PLEASE SHARE to all WhatsApp groups and even post on Facebook to warn the population about what is about to happen in the upcoming days. Minister Atanga Nji Paul has come up with a suggestion to La Republique du Cameroun security Council that they should make an atmosphere were Anglophones shall be Attacking Francophone’s residing in English speaking Regions of North West and Southwest Regions by so doing it shall be declared that it is no longer a problem of Marginalization but an Anglophone vs Francophone problem. He did this as a medium of revenge to what happened to him and Mr. Yang in Bamenda. More soldiers are coming to South West and North West with specific instructions of "Shot to kill" please avoid the streets at the moment. They want to make specifically make Anglophones to attack Bamileke so that the rising of "Markizah" shall come again. Please Anglophones Regions don't attack any francophone. I am a Francophone Cameroonian and I was in the meeting, I am writing to you so to let you be aware of what is about to happen.  They are going to cut off Social media and Internet as from the 15th of December 2016 from the Anglophone Regions so that no image shall go out to the international community. Be mindful that your Anglophones Brothers who attended the security meeting are in support of the killing of unarmed Civilians and they Termed Anglophones as "Extremist”. Do not trust the Anglophones in the government at this moment because they are selling you out and will pretend to be with you. More killings shall be recorded as the days goes by because more soldiers are still to be deployed in the Anglophone Regions. Communique has been sent to international bodies that Anglophones are Extremist manipulated by Boko Haram and SCNC to destabilize Cameroon Economy; they did this so that no intervention shall come from international bodies. Anglophones be wise and try to avoid the mass killing. Francophones are supporting you please don't attack any francophone Cameroonian for we are supporting you. In some days to come Francophone are going to be on strike soon to stop the government to call off troops from the Anglophone Regions. PLEASE AND PLEASE DON'T ATTACK US THE FRANCOPHONES FOR WE ARE YOUR BROTHERS ARE WE ARE IN SUPPORT OF THE STRUGGLE. WE WANT CHANGE IN CAMEROON AND NOW IS THE BEGINNING OF THE CHANGE BUT LET'S DO IT PEACEFULLY. “ Owono Eyebe Anicetus  President; La voix de la société civile Yaounde      ======================================================================== PART  2 A MESSAGE FROM ANGLOPHONE UNION TO SOUTHERN CAMEROONS  ========================================================================   DEAR SOUTHERN CAMEROONIANS  We love you Southern Cameroonians (Ambazonia);  Just like Martin Luther King Jr. did a peaceful march on 28 August 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial, Washington DC, and made a speech ’ I HAVE A DREAM’,  about two years after Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia)  gained their independence of 1st October 1961. It’s been over 50 years of occupation and marginalization from La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) claiming a treaty with Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) which was discussed but no legal document ever signed and no copies at the United Nations. But 50 years later, we are still not free, so why did the United Nations sign documents announcing the independence of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) in 1st October 1961? Why will the United Nations keep facts about this independent country and not help us in times of struggle, brutality, rape, occupation, marginalization of the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia)'s people. Today, we take our inspirations from Martin Luther King Jr.’s greatness to fight for our freedom for Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) with a peaceful protest and march on 2nd  and 9th of January 2017 on along the street of Bamenda, Buea and every major town in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon.  We are also marching in our cities in Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) to catch a check. When the meetings was held by John Ngu Foncha and our forefathers to discuss a possible unity with La Republique Du Cameroun (French Cameroon), (No documents ever signed) we were promised lavished opportunities if we unite but for 50 years, we still remain in poverty and marginalization.  So that check that La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) promised us, sure also has “insufficient funds’’ But we cannot accept the fact that Cameroon’s bank of Justice is Bankrupt. Cameroon is considered today as Africa miniature, with all the natural resources, oil, minerals, cash crops, food growing fresh in Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) the most.  Now is the time to lift our nations from quick sand of marginalization and fight for full independence. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) until we are granted our full independence from La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon). We will not stop our revolt until we can shake the foundation of our nation until the bright days of justice emerges.  The advice I will give to the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) people; as we fight in gaining our full independence, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. We cannot fight for our freedom by drinking in the same cup with the La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) knowing that some of our fellow brothers and sisters of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) has been bribed to help convince us to stay in another 50 years of tears, poverty and suffering of marginalization. One message I have for them, is that fact that there are still our brothers and sisters; the same blood of the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) people, due to poverty and marginalization, they have found themselves eating with the same spoon with the La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) to feed their families which make sense. You should ask yourself, ‘’when will you be satisfied’’. However, they should be bold enough to release that there will be better and richer if they stand on their own nation alone as Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia). They will get better pay and rule in better government job positions with our new nation Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) about to be reborn today. Brothers and sisters, we need you to stand up and see that even though you are member of the ruling party from Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) region, you do not still have the full opportunity you are looking for your life and your children, because it is found in where you belong in Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia), My heart message to La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) is that, we still do not look at you as an enemy, we love you all as God’s creature, we love to do business with you, trade with you, have a friendship with you but with a define rule from a new country Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia). We just want to remind you that we were once an independent country and we want our country back. So to better relate with you, we need to gain back our country and sign international treaties with you and we move on. We do not need to see any cases of genocide because we love you all La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon). We will call on you all Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) living in every part of Cameroon to rise on 2nd  and 9th of January 2017, take your flyer, flag, banner, document to educate and join the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) Liberation Movement ( SOCALIMO). Remember, you are all restricted to bring down the Green Red Yellow flag of Cameroon to hoist any other flag now. We must avoid any reasons for the police of La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) to arrest, brutalize, torture or rape us again.  If you cannot make it on the street for any reasons, you can help us hold the flag, banner, document, take a picture or video saying FREE AMBAZONIA, below say FREE SOUTHERN CAMEROONS and post and share it on your social media. Also you can change your Facebook or Twitter front page or cover page with the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) flag on 2nd  and 9th of January 2017 with the above message. In the Bible, when Moses was call to lead the Children out of Israel to the promise land, he believed God will guide him to succeed and it came to pass. When God asked Noah to build an arc, Noah trusted him and it came to pass. Whatever your religion may be, we must all pray and ask for divine inspirations on how we will take Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) to a new level and a new generation.   SIGN AND SHARE THE PETITION; CLICK HERE; https://www.change.org/o/2841905   We need to make Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) our promise land where all the Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) living on exile or on asylum in every country in the world from, Europe, Asia, Southern America, North America, Australia, Africa can come back home and enjoy their heritage and land Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) which they belong. Everyone must do something as little as possible, so that you will tell your future generation that you contributed to the success and freedom of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) today. So we will be proud that we did succeed together. We cannot walk alone and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead. We cannot walk back and nothing is stopping us. We cannot walk back to more than 50 years of suffering, poverty, hate brutality, losing our identity and dreams that God created us.  We must say no, no, no to occupation and yes yes yes to independent because, ‘ when injustice becomes law, resistance becomes a duty  I speak as the son of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia), when I was in primary school, on May 26 1990; my town was under attack by La Republique Du Cameroon (French Cameroon) occupation police who throw tear gas grenade on our campus as protesters of this same Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) independent fight for freedom and occupation ran to our campus. I felt the smell of tear gas grenade down my treat as I struggle to bread. My mom rushed to school and rescued me home.  We did not stand for the fight with fear at that time, now in 8th December 2016; its about 27 years have passed and we are still getting the same tear gas grenade in University of Buea and streets of Bamenda, Kumba etc…The water cannon that was spread into the bed rooms of the students of National Polytechnic Bambui is just a few examples to talk about. Counting from 26th May 1990, hundreds of people have died in the struggle, young men and woman of Southern Cameroons ( Ambazonia) have had their hands cut off as they tried to pick the tear gas grenade and it exploded on their fingers. We know these truth and we cannot deny that all these events never happened.  So how long are we going to watch these happenings; how long will we let our kids yet unborn grow up and be brutalized, killed and raped and get tear gas grenade down their treats. Brother and sisters of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia), enough is enough. Join our peaceful march to freedom. Do not be scared because the time is now. We have all seen the YouTube videos and social media about the pain the people have gone through from November to December 2016. We all have the evidence that was send through the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC)’s whatsapp phone number +4407525900971. We encourage you to fear but take more video of any even that occur and share using this BBC Whatsapp number. I have a dream that; "THE TEA PARTY " that defines the American freedom: that raised the  powerful nation; The United States of America existed because American said ‘hell no’ to foreign occupation and colonial rules. Today we have; 'THE RAPE PARTY' where our girls from Southern Cameroons (Amazonia) were raped and brutalized by the La Republique Du Cameroun (French Cameroon) occupation Police while drinking beer and having fun ordered by the President Paul Biya in November and December 2016 protest. It is our own time to say ‘HELL NO’ to La Republique Du Cameroun (French Cameroon) I have a dream that the people of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) has finally come to their long fight for freedom. The time is now. I have a dream that from Buea to Bamenda, there will be a tarred road that does not pass through La Republique du Cameroun leading the North West to the Southern West regions of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia). More farm to market roads that will satisfy the bikers, traders and transporters’ cry for freedom.  I have a dream that the children of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) will go to school and their entire teachers will be able to speak English and teach them in English so that they can pass their exams better grades. Not just two universities ( Univeristy of Buea and University of Bamenda) in a country of over 6 million people, lacking basic facilities and unpaid teachers.   We will build a better system of education and more Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) will be able to realize their higher education dreams without having to go to La Republique du Cameroon ( French Cameroon) which I also did in University of Yaounde 1, Ngoa Ekele to learn in French language; that will satisfy the teachers and students’ cry for freedom. I have a dream that the lawyers of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) will able to use the common law system or another system that best identify us based on our culture and background. A system where we will be tried in court in English and a translator present in court in case we do not understand a language to satisfy the lawyers’ cry for freedom. I have a dream that, a nation is about to be reborn called Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) where we will have our own army, currency, constitution, English language as main language, freedom like any other country in the world. However, the people of Southern Cameroons (Amazonia) on our peaceful match pass on 2nd  and 9th of January 2017 for Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) Liberation Movenment (SOCALIMO), we must follow these rules. We have died enough and we do not need any one kill again. DON'T SKIP THIS - WARNING! 12 Things we must NOT do to avoid Police shootings during the 2nd  and 9th of January 2017 1) Don’t hoist any flag. Hoisting a strange flag in a territory is a way of taking over forcefully and the military would shoot you to protect its land. Use mostly banners and posters and flyers on the street. Flags could be used online.   2) Avoid fire in any way. Don't burn tires. Fire is a sign of war. Don't call war on you because you have no weapons. 3) No Party uniforms. Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) Liberation Movenment (SOCALIMO) is a non-partisan protest. Let’s be identified as a marginalized but united people. 4) No Violence!!! If anyone starts violence beside you, hand him over to the police. The regime of La Republique Du Cameroun (French Cameroon) may pay some Anglophones to start violence so they'll use it as a pretext for brutality to international media. Be wise. 5) No Stones!!! When you shoot the police with stones, they will defend themselves with bullets. 6) No Catapults!!!, whether big or small. We have to convince the world that we are a peaceful people being pushed to the walls. 7) Every matching team has leaders. Don’t act out of the instructions. Order is what made the Buea rally a success. Unity is strength. 8) Don't try to challenge the military. Smile at them. They killed our brothers, yet they are still our "friends''. If the military doesn't feel threatened by us, we'll be safe. The French revolution in Burkina Faso Long walk was successful because the military felt safe and stood by the people. 9) Don't fight your brother!!!. Whether Federation or Secession, or independent or other suggestions is your opinion; all Southern Cameroonians (Ambazonia)  have opinions that count, but all we want is a voice and either ways we can get it. Use one or both slogans on your posters, flyers and banners 10) Don't misuse or abuse the current green red yellow Cameroon flag. Doing that will only invite shootings because we respect La Republique Du Cameroun (French Cameroon). 11) Don't be praying to die for others, you are not Jesus. Struggle to stay alive to enjoy the new state."Life no get duplicate”.  12) Get ready! We are about to make History. This is a peaceful match and we will be victorious. We can do this. Remember!!!, We win by strategy, not by war. We have no army, just winning ideas.
