Support WVSA's ARTiculate Program
WVSA's ARTiculate Employment Training Program is an arts-based program that seeks to develop vocational, social, and life-management skills for youth and youg adults who desire training and experience in applied graphics, fine arts, social and career-readiness.
As a vocational and life skills program, the ARTiculate Program assits youth with special needs in their transition to the young adult working world. Many students are Artist Apprentices working with a professional artist where they not only create artwork, they also learn entrepreneurial skills and sell their artwork in the ARTiculate Gallery, where they receive a commission.
Students create art for six exhibits a year and are currently working on artwork and accepting commissions for "Beauty is in the eye..." gallery opening on June 11. For more information, go here.
