Increase Women's Literacy in Burkina Faso
The fact that you can read this sets you apart from 75 percent of the people living in the West African country of Burkina Faso. In this country, almost 90 percent of women cannot read or write.
WOW! is launching a campaign to change that. With your support, WOW! will help fund World Neighbors literacy programs in Burkina Faso, with the specific aim of reaching more women. These programs will be set up to meet the specific needs of women struggling to become literate.
