Active Conservation Awareness Program (ACAP)
WildAid's Active Conservation Awareness Program (ACAP) is designed to reduce the consumer demand for these products by bringing media, governments, celebrities, and local partners and communities together worldwide, making wildlife conservation a global priority and allowing threatened species to recover to safe levels. With a focus on Asia, in particular China, in the run up to the 2008 Beijing "Green" Olympics, ACAP reaches up to 1 billion people a week and leverages millions of dollars of pro-bono production and media space.
