Mission
Our Mission, is to identify and create a network of Artisan Women, primarily heads of households, in developing countries. Our vision is to bring to light the talents of struggling Artisan women, made evident in their crafts. We will tell their stories of survival in a calendar project, and assist these amazing women in rising above impoverished conditions.
It is our belief when offered hope, and clear channels for success, more women will be empowered. These women can embrace new opportunities for education, have access to critical helathcare for their families, and the strength to fight against the many social injustices they face on a daily basis.
When women are empowered, they will be able to generate sustainable income, raise and educate their children, and ultimately live better lives. It is just that simple.
