Wal*Mart Unveils Three New Fair Trade Certified Coffees

Published April 09, 2008 @ 10:45AM PT

As part of their Earth Month promotion, Wal*Mart released a new line of sustainable coffees this April 4th which includes: Sam’s Choice® Fair Trade Certified House Blend, Sam’s Choice® Fair Trade Certified Espresso and Sam’s Choice® Fair Trade Certified French Roast, which are now available at all 3500 Supercenter locations.  All 4800 Wal*Mart stores will carry these coffees by the end of the month.  Co-presented by Café Bom Dia and Sam’s Choice®, the coffees represent a huge win for the Fair Trade movement and will create tremendous impact on the lives of the 3,600 Brazilian Fair Trade farmers that produce the coffee.  Café Bom Dia, the world’s first carbon neutral coffee company, is proud to offer these new Fair Trade Certified products to Walmart customers.  We hope that Fair Trade advocates and Wal*Mart critics alike will see this as a strong step forward in the movement to expand the availability of sustainably produced, Fair Trade coffee!

  2. Fast Payday Loans

Normal 0 It’s the most wonderful time of the year, with the holidays being just around the corner. Many during this season may have to resort to fast payday loans. This is the shopping version of the feast of Bacchus, where people gorge themselves in malls and department stores like Wal-Mart all over the nation, and all over the world, for that matter, and the biggest chunk of it takes place on Black Friday, where shoppers descend upon the poor, maltreated employees of these stores like a plague of locusts, draining them of energy and killing all hope within for a normal life and psychological health with the varying abuses that the general public wreak upon the downtrodden proletarians that work in retail. Smart shoppers still go out on Black Friday, because it is the best day for deals in the holiday season, and probably the best time to get in your Christmas shopping, but getting it all done in a day costs a pretty penny. Now, be smart during the holidays, and don’t go on a hedonistic spree with your gift getting, but remember that if something unexpected should happen this holiday season, you can always beat the humbug by looking up fast payday loans.
