General Fund
Donations to the General Fund support the administrative expenses of The Water Project, Inc.
Why and what?
We spend 100% of donations made toward water projects on actual construction costs of those projects.
To do this means we have to rely on generous, thoughtful donors who understand the investment it is to contribute to genaral expenses. Keeping the lights on, the web site running, and the telephone working, all require money.
By donating to the General Fund, you are actually multiplying your gift. Your donations help us spread the word and raise even more money for those who need it most.
What we don't spend it on?
Salaries. We don't take 'em so you don't support 'em.
