Please join us for the wonderful opportunity to learn about Ozanam Manor, St. Vincent de Paul's transitional shelter on September 19 at 11am. This is a chance to meet the residents, tour the living quarters, meet the staff and learn more about homelessness. This unique transitional shelter is designed to help homeless adults, age 50 and over, or those with disabilities, return to independent living. Learn how this shelter successfully gets people back on their feet. Ozanam Manor is located at 1730 E. Monroe St. in Phoenix. Please RSVP to 602-495-3050. We hope to see you there!

Internship Description: Looking for a chance to make a difference? Our Family Assistance Program helps families who are facing eviction to work through various issues and become more financially secure.  You'll help determine who qualifies for assistance, guide them in gathering the neccessary documentation and follow up with them to be sure they are receiving the assistiance they need.  You'll also coordinate with other SVdP programs that may help the particular needs of each family, such as computer training or english classes. Some examples may include either looking for new ways to improve the retail operations finances, or evaluating the worth of in-kind donations.
