About Charlene

I am the founder and CEO of the Charles E. Frame Foundation. Frame Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting underserved youth in achieving heightened personal as well as professional success. The CEF Foundation will offer students opportunities for real world application of skills by way of our Cultural Tours Program and multi dimensional mentoring services. Each child would be required to learn at a maximum of five different foreign languages. Every year we will take the youth to that country to further explore the language they are learning and the culture. Also each child will be required to take a sign language class. Our mission is to challenge inner-city adolescents to partake in obliterating the lines of demarcation across social and educational spheres.
