PlayPumps Website Redesign: A New Site for the New Year

We are excited to launch a new design for our homepage at www.playpumps.org. The site's fresh look is beautiful and fun, but more importantly, the redesign allows us to better connect and inform our supporters. We look forward to sharing our progress with you and hope you will explore the site to learn about how you can help us implement innovative clean water solutions. Between March 22nd and June 29th, many of our supporters came together in an effort to bring individuals and families in sub-Sahara Africa access to clean drinking water. June 29th marked the completion of our “100 Pumps in 100 Days – Second Spin” campaign. We surpassed our goal of 100 pumps in 100 days for the second year in a row and raised enough money to fund 109 new PlayPump® water systems. "All children have the right to clean water ....... and the right to play." (Children's Charter of South Africa) These pumps will improve the lives of millions and you made it happen. We are 59 days into our "100 Pumps in 100 Days" campaign to raise funds to provide clean drinking water to 100 schools and communities -- or 250,000 people -- in sub-Saharan Africa. The response has been tremendous! To date, we've raised enough money for 45 PlayPump(R) water systems in 41 days with gifts from our campaign partners and our supporters.
