Sometime before December 22nd, 2011 my Adsense and Youtube Partner account were attacked and as a result my account was disabled for "posing a risk" of generating invalid clicks. My attackers username is "LastSoldier115". His channel is  user was brought to my attention from another person who had left a threatening comment on my channel 2 weeks before I was disabled. He had stated that someone had reported me on the Youtube help forums and that was why he looked me up. So of course I did a search on myself to see what this was all about. Sure enough, I had found the original post from the user "LastSoldier115" who thought he would take the initiative to try to call out my channel for supposedly using bots and cheating software to get subscribers and etc.  Here is the forum thread  he accused me of is lies and completely untrue!  I have never used a bot or a program that cheats the system.  Those who actually know me, know that I spend anywhere from 80-100 hours per week busting my butt doing tons of social networking and working with my channel to get it seen. By doing so and being consistent it has allowed me to start gaining subscribers and allows me to reach some higher view counts.  When I went to go look at his channel, I had realized that I already had him blocked.  I remember blocking him several months before because he made some rude troll comments on several of my videos as well as my channel. After reading his post in the forum about wanting to know how to disable me, there was another person who told him exactly what to do on how to get me disabled. That persons name is "Cedric33".  At first, I had thought that what they did was follow the link to my blogger account where I had Adsense enabled and intentionally click bombed the ads on my blog or maybe even my channel.  After I sent my attacker a  private message through his channel he told me that he reported me for using some kind of cheating software or a bot or something to get views and subscribers. I am telling you the truth when I say I have never used anything like that.  After a couple messages with him he finally admitted that he knew I didn't do anything wrong after all and told me that he knew that someone else put some of my videos up on a cheating website and he knew that I did not do it.  If someone did put my videos on some site without me knowing it, how was I even supposed to know something like that?  I have been pretty upset about all of this and there is nothing I can do except sit back and take the embarrassment for something that was out of my control. In fact, I wasn't even at home when I got disabled. I was 2 hours away with my dad in the hospital who had to have surgery because of heart failure. I have already filled out and sent the Adsense appeal form with the proof of "LastSoldier115" stating on record that he was trying to get me disabled. In my appeal form I sent the direct link to the forum where that user had publicly displayed his intentional threats to my channel. I also included all the other names which were involved as well as all the traffic statistics for my blogspot site and the analytics for my YouTube channel. A few days after I sent my appeal, I got the automated response back that it was denied.  I have been devastated since all this happened!  I strongly feel 100% that my account was wrongfully disabled for something that I did NOT do! Since this has happened, my attacker "LastSoldier115" has made a few videos about me threatening me even more and harassing me with his other "sock accounts" too.  He has been leaving me nasty hate comments and harassing me on my channel and videos and has intentionally abused my privacy as well as my character.  Even today I received another abusing, harassing comment from one of his sock account channels which is   has another channel too that he has been threatening me with. It is  If I had known that he was going to do this to my account and report me for something I did NOT do, I would of reported him back then but I didn't because I thought he would of just forgot about me like most haters do!  He was probably mad because I already had him blocked from months before. All I know is that I really want and need to get my Adsense account re-instated and active again.  I have a large growing fanbase on my YouTube channel who believe in me 100% and know that I would never do ANYTHING to hurt my account because I LOVE YouTube and the whole community so much! Having my Adsense and my partnership taken away for something I did not even do has really left me very embarrassed and upset.  I would do ANYTHING at all to get my accounts re-instated.  There is NO support from Google/Youtube whatsoever and NO protection for their partners or any user for that matter! This is something that HAS TO CHANGE!
