The Wizard of Oz book, movie, franchise and overall theme is geared towards children and families. The pornography studio X-play (also known as All Media Play which is headed by Jeff Mullen aka Will Ryder) in cooperation with the Los Angeles porn industry press outlets such as AVN.com and Xbiz.com appears to be attempting to promote the concepts of sexual situations featuring children's themes and characters that appear to be minors  (which encourages and promotes pedophilia) to the mainstream media and general public.

XXX adult movies (porn) which feature children's themes and characters contribute to today's high rate of child abuse and the sexual exploitation of minors (child porn).

Considering that the exploitation and depiction of minors in pornography is illegal in the United States of America according to 18 USC § 2251, the Wizard of Oz should be off limits to the Los Angeles pornography parody genera (especially being that Disney studios is scheduled to release a Wizard of Oz themed series approximately 1 month prior to the xxx porn parody's scheduled release in April of 2013).

Jeff Mullen aka WIll Ryder of X-Play (All Media Play) to date, has produced 2 additional adult movies which feature scenes of which the character's age appears to be that of a minor:

1) In the movie Not The Bradys XXX, the character of Cindy Brady (which does not appear to be over the age of 18) is depicted in a xxx situation. This particular character is played by an actress (known as Kacey Jordan) who according to IAFD.com was over the age of 18, however the characters role and style of dress depicts that of a minor. In addition "Cindy Brady" was never over the age of 18 on the original series of which this movie is marketed as a parody of.

2) In the movie Not The Cosbys XXX 2, the character of Rudy (played by an actress known as Nina Devon), though depicted in a xxx situation, clearly does not appear to be over the age of 18. This particular scene begins with the character dressed in a baby-doll style dress wearing white tights with her hair in pig tales. She is sitting on a child's rocking horse.  Her dialogue and tone is that of a minor. This particular character is played by an actress who was over the age of 18, however the scene is perceived as that of one featuring a minor to the majority of the general public.
