Honor every milestone.Where you have been has everything to do with where you are going. Let me remind you that everything in life has a beginning and an ending and every ending is a new beginning.Most of us have been taught that the way to move forward is to push harder.Sometimes, through, the best accelerator is retreat..Armies retreat , not to surrender but to regroup and re-energize for more focused strategy. Similarly, when we take retreat , we are regrouping our energy to stimulate a renewed vision.In fact make this world a better place to live and promote peace instead of weapons,lets promote friendship and love instead hate and war,lets step towards the world peace,happiness,respect for each other views and values.

Half the work of solving a problem is figuring out what it is.Most people know they are supposed to change something, but they just can figure out what needs changing. Identifying the issues is the first step towards a positive change.Its very hard and difficult to deal with change..lets restore the classic American way of life for you and your neighbor.Lets perform our duties and enjoy our rights.Lets give each other place to breath and be our self.Lets be proactive instead reactive.Lets get proactive in Peace,education,economy,immigration,health care,and most of all faith and wisdom,brotherhood.Each situation in life is a reflection microcosm of life, filled with anger, nervousness, prejudice, fear, greed, deceit, and every other conceivable human emotion and beliefs in many ways. Through out our lives, we face continuous and spontaneous change .We can't stop them from happening, but we can control how we react to change.One can easily forget the big picture and react to feeling and emotion of the moment, revenge, insecurity,rejection. Reorganization means evaluating how they re currently running the organization, what they want to become and what it will take to accomplish their goal.Evaluating where we are now, what we want to become, and what it will take to accomplish that.Standing tall against change is about developing strategies and reinventing ourselves. Instead of emotional reaction, we need to explore our options and choose our intelligent response for a positive future and A POSITIVE CHANGE.
