War Funding Bill Can Be Stopped, Contact Your Representative Now

All we need is three more votes to stop funding of the wars!

I am writing to urge you to vote “no” on any further funding of the ongoing wars.

The United States cannot afford to be spending nearly $100 billion more on these wars.

The U.S. role in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan is doing more harm than good. We are adding to the destabilization of the region and fueling anti-American sentiment. There is no clear mission for the war in Afghanistan and there is no exit strategy. In Iraq, we have yet to see the first troops removed from that nation.

It is time to withdraw troops from both countries.

Please vote “no” on the supplemental funding bill.
