Last year, I ran a pledge during World Fair Trade Day to alleviate poverty:

"In the next 6 months, I pledge to connect with at least 125 artisans who live below the poverty line and raise their average monthly income!"

It got featured on the change.org blog - go here

Since then, we connected to 11 communities in Cambodia, Philippines and Malaysia supporting more than 300 artisans living in poverty by selling items they make on www.elevyn.com

Here's my second challenge.

I need your vote.

We were just made finalists in the Unreasonable Institute Challenge. With your vote we will have access to mentors like founders of google.org and globalgiving, and seed funding necessary for us to scale to more villages and give people there access to markets.

Here's what you can do.

Step 1: Pledge USD 10 or more. Go here now - Unreasonable Marketplace

Step 2: Invite people to this pledge

There are less than 3 weeks left to hit our goal, and I plan to run this pledge entirely on change.org. So, what a story it will be if we pull it off with change.org members

The greatest gap between a pledge and change is implementation.

Help us implement change with your vote.
